Installing from the Chrome Web Store

Access the store listing for the Automail Chrome extension via this link.

Click “Add to Chrome” to install Automail as a Chrome extension:<INSERT SCREENSHOT>

A popup pop-up will then show to confirm installation. Click “Add extension” to finalize the installation:<INSERT SCREENSHOT>

After confirming, the Automail Chrome extension will now be installed to your Google Chrome browser:<INSERT SCREENSHOT>

Pinning the Chrome Extension (Optional)

For ease of access, you may pin the Automail Chrome extension to your browser’s toolbar.

Open the Extensions dropdown in the upper right area of your browser (“puzzle piece” icon):

Click the “pin” icon beside the Automail Chrome extension (labeled as “Everest | Automail”) to pin the extension to your browser’s toolbar:

Logging In

Pre-requisites

  • All the previous (required) steps must be completed

  • You already have an account set up with Everest

From the Google Chrome toolbar, go to a valid website where you can open a Chrome extension (e.g. mail.google.com) and click the Automail Chrome extension to open it:

Fill out your Everest account credentials in order to log in:

You may now use Automail from any webpage from which the Chrome extension can be opened from:

But if you select an email from Gmail, the Automail Chrome extension will parse the email and display the contents in its side panel:

Parsing currently is fully supported for Gmail only, but will be supported for select load board websites in the future.
