Using the Automail Outlook Add-in
macOS Desktop App
From the inbox homepage, click the '…' icon on the toolbar at the top and click Get Add-ins.
Within the pop-up window, click the search bar to “Search add-ins”
Search for “Everest” and click “Add”
After adding, the add-in will either be already visible in the toolbar or it can be found by clicking '…' icon in the toolbar like before
Windows Desktop App
From the inbox homepage, click the Browse Add-ins icon on the toolbar at the top.
Within the pop-up window, click the search bar
Search for “Everest” and click “Add”
After adding, the add-in will either be already visible in the toolbar or it can be found by clicking '…' icon in the toolbar like before
Logging In
Pre-requisites
All the previous steps must be completed
You already have an account set up with Everest
macOS Desktop App
While an email is selected, click on the Everest add-in and the side panel window will open and prompt the user to log in
Enter in your Everest account credentials and click Log In
After successfully logging in, the Automail homepage will appear.
Select an email from your inbox to start using Automail to analyze your emails
Pin the side panel window by clicking the thumbtack icon located on the tab of the side panel window. Once selected, the icon should have a blue fill. This will allow the user to continue using Automail when looking at different emails without needing to re-open the add-in. NOTE: This feature is only supported on desktop apps and not through Outlook.com or Outlook.live.com
Windows Desktop App
While an email is selected, click on the Everest add-in and the side panel window will open and prompt the user to log in
Enter in your Everest account credentials and click Log In
After successfully logging in, the Automail homepage will appear.
Select an email from your inbox to start using Automail to analyze your emails
Pin the side panel window by clicking the thumbtack icon located on the tab of the side panel window. Once selected, the icon should change orientations from sideways to upright. This will allow the user to continue using Automail when looking at different emails without needing to re-open the add-in. NOTE: This feature is only supported on desktop apps and not through Outlook.com or Outlook.live.com
